Fine Art Wood Prints.

For me the creative process of my photographs is complete when they are printed directly on wood. It is the last and final step in creating my art. The picture is literally printed directly onto the wood surface, providing a richer, more organic result. It's all about the grain. One of the features of my artwork is how the natural lines of the wood grain show through the lighter colors of my photos. The primary reason for this is that no white ink is used in the printing process, so any white color is replaced with the natural color of the wood. Like a fingerprint, no two sheets of wood have the same grain signature, so every print - regardless if the same picture is used - becomes a unique piece of art.

All prints are made in my home studio up to a certain size and then with my selected partner lab we print the photos directly on sustainable plywood. We use high quality eco-friendly FSC certified wood harvested from only sustainable regions of the world. In the printing process, ink is printed directly on the wood and then UV cured to dry and finish the ink. This means you can clean the finished print without ruining the artwork. I use only the finest sustainable birch and maple plywood available.

All prints will be wrapped and shipped packaged in a sturdy box. Please allow up 2-3 weeks for shipping inside United States and up to 4-5 weeks for rest of the world. Depending on the country’s custom, additional costs may be charged.

To ensure your wood print remains in pristine condition please use care in handling the printed material. Make sure to use only a damp, 100% cotton or microfiber cloth when wiping dust off your print. Do not get it wet, scratch, or wipe the front with abrasive materials.
